Welcome to SiPS.art (the Site). Sierra Portable Studios (collectively “SiPS.art”, “we”, or “us””) provide their services to you subject to the following terms & conditions. (“Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our Site. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our site. By using or accessing the Site or services, you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing with our Term and Conditions you are also agreeing to the Cancellation Policy we have in place for both our public and private events.
Liability Waiver
In no event should SiPS.art (Sierra Portable Studios) or any of its managers, members, agents, instructors, assistants, and successors or assigns be liable, jointly or severally, to you for personal injury or any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss, whether advised of the possibility of damage and on any theory of liability, arising out of registering for and/or attending an event with SiPS.art (Sierra Portable Studios).
We do not support driving under the influence whether it’s alcohol or cannabis. Please arrange a Lyft, Uber, or taxi, or make sure that you have a designated driver, if necessary.
Photo Release:
I grant SiPS.art, their representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of me, my property, and if applicable my minor children, while attending a painting class event. I authorize SiPS.art, their assignees, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that SiPS.art may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
Electronic Communications
When you visit SiPS.art, send text messages or e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Indemnification

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
